Land of Oak and Iron Wildlife Group: Searching for Slow Worms @ Bay Bridge Picnic Site

Are slow worms a snake or a lizard? Come and find out! Learn how to recognise slow worm habitat and how to identify these animals from other reptile species. Meet at Bay Bridge Picnic Site  (24 miles northwest of Durham City centre. The site is located near the B6306 near Blanchland. From Blanchland head west for ½ mile.

The site is signposted from the road.
