Volunteer Conservation Traineeship – Low Barns

Durham Wildlife Trust is an independent nature conservation charity and part of the federation of 47 organisations that together form the Wildlife Trusts. Durham Wildlife Trust is a membership organisation operating across County Durham, Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland and Darlington. We engage our members, supporters, partners and wider society in the conservation effort by managing nature reserves and visitor facilities and delivering a range of nature conservation projects and initiatives.

We are seeking a volunteer conservation trainee to support Living Landscapes Officers in their work, particularly the management of the Trust’s nature reserves and planning and leading volunteer tasks.
